The management company will provide a contact point for all investors, students and parents. The college will also use this contact for referring letting enquires. This service will include the references of tenants and drawing up of lease agreements. A letting fee of 5% is applicable for all apartments.

  • Cleaning, repair & maintenance of common areas

  • Legal requirements & annual audit fee

The block insurance policy is administered by the management company. This means that each investor will have a substantially reduced insurance bill. The sinking fund is also administered by the management company. Due to the active involvement of the management company in the day to day running of the complex, the investor can rest assured that his/her apartment is being well looked after and that they will have none of the worries of leasing the apartment or dealing with maintenance problems. The onsite security will be 24/7 and will further ensure that your investment is safeguarded.

Edenhall @theVillage will be managed by the current investors of the Tennis Village. The management company will operate the facility on behalf of the investors. This service is compulsory for all investors. The service charge will be 500 per bed space. The management company will endeavor to create a 12 month centre of activity @thevillage. Summer student courses, family tourism, special events, sporting fixtures, are some of the opportunities that the company will take advantage of, to market the complex for Summer letting. The location of the complex, close to the main artery going West of Cork and the tourist attractions close to us including, Fota Wildlife Park, Blarney Castle, numerous golf courses, leisure and swimming facilities, allows the management company to offer the facility. all year round for occupancy.
